Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast pieces
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 Cheese slices
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Bread crumbs (as needed)
- 2 Burger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce or cabbage
- Oil for frying
Steps
- Marinate chicken with curd, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, cumin, ginger garlic paste, and salt for 15 minutes.
- Coat marinated chicken with flour, then dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Slice and toast burger buns lightly.
- Spread mayo on bun base, add lettuce, place fried chicken, top with cheese slice.
- Cover with bun top and serve hot!
